Although having a copy of your data off-site is good, all that information must be restored someplace to be of use. If you do not have all of your application’s software installation media and licenses, it could take days to reinstate. By imaging your server, you are creating an exact replica that you can directly copy to another server. This will save you time and money in getting your network back, and you won’t have to worry about losing your preferences, configurations or favourites.
