Hallways are long, straight, wide with high ceilings giving a feeling of expansiveness. Offices all face the exterior, with views of professionally designed landscaping. Directions from Cape Coral Mid Point Bridge:
Take the Midpoint Bridge into Fort Myers. Turn right at McDonalds onto Summerlin Road. Continue on Summerlin Road to Boy Scout Drive, turn left on Boy Scout. See Regions Bank on right, make 1st right after the bank onto Summerlin Commons Blvd. Blvd. We are the three story building, on the left, with Premier Executive Center posted at the top of the building. Come into the lobby and check-in at the receptionist desk.
Directions from Naples:
Go North on US41 for approximately 26 miles. You will come to Boy Scout/Fowler intersection with Page Field Airport on your right. Turn left on Boy Scout. Stay in left lane and turn left on Summerlin Road. You will pass the five story CNL Bank Building on your left. Proceed to the very 1st light, hook a U turn, come back and turn right into Summerlin Commons Blvd. Blvd, just before the CNL Bank Building. We are straight ahead on the left. We are the three story building with Premier Executive Center posted at the top of the building. Come into the lobby and check-in at the receptionist desk.
From I-75:
Take Exit 136. Go West on Colonial to Fowler. Turn left onto Fowler. Cross over US 41 to Boy Scout Road. Turn left onto Summerlin Road. You will pass a five story CNL Bank Bldg. on your left. Proceed to the 1st set of lights after the bank building, hook a U turn, come back and turn right in front of the CNL Bank building. Proceed to the stop sign. Conference Rooms and Presentation Facilities We provide several professionally appointed conference rooms at both locations. Our executive board rooms feature large custom tables with seating for twelve and room for an additional twelve conference participants. State of the art technology creates a high impact environment for the client’s marketing efforts or for training purposes. The conference tables are wired, providing connections to the internet and to our in-ceiling mounted, high-intensity, video projector. Power Point and other presentations are easily accomplished and highly effective in this setting. 
Additional conference rooms have seating up to six and are available at both locations. Need to use a private executive office for a day? Give us a call. Our executive office is available and ready for you equipped with desk, executive chair, 2 guest chairs, phone and internet access. Conference rooms and executive offices may be rented hourly or daily. We have all your business meeting needs readily available whether it is a dry erase board, paper and easel, Polycom conference phone, or full catering service, whatever your business needs may be, we can accomplish it for you!
