The Economy Plan offers first class mail and package receipt only (USE OF ONE ADDRESS) for a monthly rate of $100 plus tax (Startup fees: 1st month’s rent $100.00 + $200 security deposit + applicable taxes)
Add Lobby Directory Signage to Economy Premier Plan for only $25/month + $35/one-time set up fee.
PREMIER PLAN:
The Premier Plan includes business identity on lobby directory, license to utilize ONE address for mail & marketing, and 4 hrs use of conference rooms… for a monthly rate of $240 plus tax. (Startup fees: 1st month’s rent $240 + $500 security deposit + applicable taxes)
PREMIER PLUS PLAN:
The Premier Plan offers a dedicated telephone number for incoming calls, answered by a receptionist, a voice mailbox, business identity on lobby directory, license to utilize ONE address for mail & marketing, and 2 hrs use of conference rooms… for a monthly rate of $395 plus tax. (Startup fees: 1st month’s rent $395 + $700 security deposit + $150 phone line set up fee + applicable taxes)
